This device has really changed my life. I've suffered with depression for over half my life. Medication helps but not completely, especially in the winter. I got this about 8 months ago and have not felt depressed since. I used it daily for the first couple months, working my way up the settings. Started tapering off after that and now I only use it once in a while for maintenance. I was skeptical when looking into this device but I figured for the price, it was worth the risk. I am so glad I took a chance on it.

Ordered our own after having borrowed a friends. Had an issue with the first unit but customer service was great and back in business. Truly does seem to help with anxiety and stress. Thanks

So far so goo. It’s taken me a while to remember to use it often. But not that I use it at least once a night I feel a little better. That’s worth it to me.

Had this for a few years now, worked flawlessly though after some years there's definitely diminishing returns or at least I've gotten used to how the different montages make me feel and barely notice like I once did outside the results themselves...BUT there was one time I burned my forehead and have the scar to this day.

Was my fault 100%, I had grown complacent. There was barely enough salt in some old water that I used and the moment I turned it on it was burning me, but never before had it burned so bad that it actually burned the skin, so I ignored it...then took it off after 20 minutes to find a huge burn mark above my brow. Woopsie.

I wanted to point out as a novice a couple things: a) if you think you can open it and begin using it you’d be wrong. I tried figuring out the “montages,” but have had no luck yet.
My biggest criticism so far is that the light on the screen goes off after a very short time, so if you’re in the dark, you’ll need another light source. Second, a beep or buzz, or even a whistle would be nice to alert us that the time has passed. It seems to me a bit counterintuitive to expect us to relax and let it do it’s job if we are having to check it all the time to make sure the timer isn’t up. I’ll update later
